Herb Pesto

Preparation time:  10 minutes
Servings:  1

Ingredients
Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
Garlic cloves (2)
Parsely leaves (1/2 cup)
Basil leaves (1 cup)
Olive oil (1/4 cup)
Oregano leaves (1/2 cup)

Instructions
In a processor, combine basil, garlic, parsley, and pregano for three minutes.
Combine with the olice oil and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.  Keep the mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
