Kidney-Friendly Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Balsamic vinegar (1/4 cup)
Honey (2 tbsp)
Poppy seed (1 tsp)
Garlic clove (1)
Dijon mustard (1tbsp)
Canola oil (3/4 cup)
Black pepper (1/2 tsp)

Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine the black pepper, poppy seed, honey, oil, vinegar, mustard, and gardlic for 5 minutes too produce an emulsified mixture.
