Hot Curry Powder

Preparation time:  15 minutes
Servings:  1 1/4 cup

Ingredients
Ground cumin (1/4 cup)
Ground coriander (1/4 cup)
Turmeric (3 tbsp)
Sweet paprika (2 tbsp)
Ground mustard (2 tbsp)
tennel powder (1tbsp)
Green chili poder (1/2 tsp)
Ground cardamom (2 tsp)
Ground cloves (1/2 tsp)

Instructions
Pulse the cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, mustard, fennel powder, gree chili powder, cardamom, cinnamon, plus cloves using a blender, until the fixing is ground and well combined.  Transfer it to a small container, put in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
